Warrior has established a toll-free third-party managed Confidential Hotline. This hotline provides our employees and other stakeholders with a confidential and anonymous way to report questionable accounting, internal accounting control and auditing practices, as well as violations of Company policy, including, but not limited to employment and sustainability issues.
It is important to note that it is the policy of the Company that no disciplinary or other retaliatory action will be taken against any employee or other person for filing a report. This is true regardless of whether you desire to remain anonymous or you choose to identify yourself.
All complaints received through the Confidential Hotline are communicated to both the Chief Administrative Officer and the Company’s Director of Internal Audit. All reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Warrior’s Board of Directors.
