Warrior Met Coal, Inc. (“Warrior Met Coal” or the “Company”) announced
today the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,666,667 shares of
its common stock at $19.00 per share on April 12, 2017. All of the
shares of the Company’s common stock were offered by the selling
stockholders named in the registration statement on Form S-1 filed
previously with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The
shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange
under the ticker symbol “HCC” today. In addition, the selling
stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase
up to an additional 2,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The
offering is expected to close on April 19, 2017, subject to customary
closing conditions.
The Company will not receive any of the net proceeds from its initial
public offering. All of the net proceeds from the offering will be
received by the selling stockholders.
